All orders are processed and dispatched from our London studio. Each garment is hand-finished and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Processing Times

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–5 working days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-order or pre-order items may require additional production time. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer complimentary standard UK delivery on orders over £300.

Orders below this threshold incur a flat rate of £6.95.

All deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners (DHL / FedEx / Royal Mail International).

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by their destination country.

Sustainability Commitment

To reduce environmental impact, we aim to consolidate shipments where possible and use recyclable or compostable packaging. Each parcel is packed with care using minimal waste materials.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact info@deborahnzebele.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
