How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders open during scheduled ordering windows throughout the year. Once a pre-order window closes, garments enter production. Estimated production time is 6–8 weeks from the close of the pre-order window. You will receive an email update once your order moves into production and again when it ships.

Pre-Order Cut-Off Dates (2026)

Order Window 1: December 2025 – February 2026

Order Window 2: May 2026 – June 2026

Order Window 3: September 2026 – October 2026

Orders placed after a cut-off will be fulfilled in the next production window.

Returns & Cancellations

Pre-order items can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are final, as garments are made to order. If there are any delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you directly.
